These terms (Loyalty Terms) apply to the White Fox Loyalty Club (Loyalty Club), our customer loyalty programme. They supplement, and should be read together with, our Terms of Purchase, Website Terms and Privacy Policy. If these Loyalty Terms and our Terms of Purchase conflict on a Loyalty Club matter, these Loyalty Terms will prevail. 

In these Loyalty Terms, Points means the loyalty points earned on purchases and other qualifying activity in the Loyalty Club; Points Balance means your running total of unredeemed Points; Voucher means a Loyalty Club Voucher redeemed using Points; Level means your tier within the Loyalty Club; and Spend means the value of purchases that earn Points within a rolling 12-month period.

Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Purchase. By creating a White Fox account, or by continuing your Loyalty Club membership, you agree to be bound by these Loyalty Terms.

WHO WE ARE

References to "we", "us" and "our" are to White Fox Boutique Pty Ltd, ABN 35 606 710 114 (White Fox). References to “you” are to the member participating in the Loyalty Club.

JOINING AND ELIGIBILITY

The Loyalty Club is available to any holder of a registered White Fox account. Account holders are automatically enrolled as members, with no separate sign-up process or minimum spend required to join or to earn Points.

Loyalty Club eligibility follows the same rules that apply to holding a White Fox account under our Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy. Members under the age of 16 require parental or guardian permission to use the Website and join the Loyalty Club, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Loyalty Club is available wherever we offer shipping and is void where prohibited by law.

Membership is personal to you. It is non-transferrable and may only be used by you. Business use of the Loyalty Club is prohibited and treated as abuse of the programme.

Each store we operate is independent. Points, Vouchers and Level earned at one store cannot be transferred to or combined with another.

EARNING POINTS

You earn 1 Point per £1 spent on Products, calculated on the amount paid and rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. Delivery fees, taxes, duties, and any portion of an order paid using a Gift Card, Voucher or store credit, do not earn Points. Points are only earned while logged in at checkout and are not earned on purchases made before your account was opened.

You earn 10 Points on joining the Loyalty Club. Points from a purchase will be credited to your account shortly after that order is placed. Points are earned on the face value of a Gift Card at the time of purchase. Points are not earned a second time on any portion of a later order paid for using that Gift Card.

POINTS EXPIRY

Points earned before 3 March 2026 expire on 3 March 2027. Points earned on or after 3 March 2026 expire 12 months after the date they were earned.

REDEEMING POINTS

Points may be redeemed for a Voucher at checkout, provided you hold sufficient Points and are logged into your account. Minimum spends apply:

• Voucher Value: £10 GBP, Minimum Spend: £25 GBP
• Voucher Value: £25 GBP, Minimum Spend: £50 GBP
• Voucher Value: £50 GBP, Minimum Spend: £100 GBP
• Voucher Value: £100 GBP, Minimum Spend: £150 GBP

Vouchers expire 3 months from issue and lapse if unused. Only one Voucher may be used per order. Vouchers cannot be combined with a discount code or other promotion. Vouchers and Points have no cash value and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

LOYALTY LEVELS

There are four Levels, based on your Spend within the rolling 12-month period beginning on the date you first reach your current Level (your Level Anniversary):

• Level: Club Member, Spend: No Minimum
• Level: Level One, Spend: £450- £899 GBP
• Level: Level Two, Spend: £900 - £1,999 GBP
• Level: Level Three, Spend: £2,000+ GBP

Exceeding the upper threshold of your Level upgrades your Level immediately and resets your Level Anniversary. 

On your Level Anniversary, your Level is reassessed against your Spend in the preceding 12 months. Where that Spend meets the threshold for your current Level, your Level is retained for a further 12 months and your Level Anniversary resets. Where it does not, your Level is adjusted to the Level that corresponds with your Spend.

RETURNS

Returning a Product reduces the Points earned and the Spend attributable to that purchase to nil. Where the Points earned on that purchase have already been redeemed, your Points Balance may fall below zero. A negative Points Balance is not an error; it reflects Points redeemed in excess of Points earned.

Where a return reduces your Spend below the lower threshold of your current Level, your Level is downgraded accordingly.

An order placed using a redeemed Voucher remains eligible for return under our standard Returns Policy. Points used to redeem that Voucher are reinstated only where the entire order is returned; a partial return does not entitle you to reinstatement of the associated Points or Voucher. 

LEVEL ENTRY REWARD

Upon an upgrade to a new Level, you are entitled to a one-time promotional code issued by email. The code is valid for 30 days, applies to full-priced Products only (excluding sale items and collaboration collections), and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code. The applicable discount depends on the Level you’ve entered:

• Level: Level One, Spend: 20% Off
• Level: Level Two, Spend: 20% Off
• Level: Level Three, Spend: 20% Off

BIRTHDAY REWARD

By providing your date of birth on your account, you are entitled to an annual promotional code issued by email. The code is valid for 30 days, applies to full-priced Products only (excluding sale items and collaboration collections), and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code. The applicable discount depends on your Level at the time the code is issued:

• Level: Club Member, Discount: 20% Off
• Level: Level One, Discount: 25% Off
• Level: Level Two, Discount: 30% Off
• Level: Level Three, Discount: 30% Off

REFER A FRIEND – GIVE £20, GET £20

A Loyalty Club member (Referrer) may refer a new customer (Recipient) to the Website by sharing a referral link. On a Recipient’s first order, placed using the referral link and subject to a minimum spend of £80 GBP, the Recipient is entitled to £20 GBP off that order. This offer is available to new customers only.

On completion of a qualifying purchase by the Recipient, the Referrer is issued a £20 GBP discount code by email. The code is valid for 30 days from issue. Self-referral, including through the use of multiple accounts by the same individual, does not entitle either party to a reward.

Referral links must be shared in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws. Mass or unsolicited distribution is prohibited. The referral programme is for personal use only and must not be used for business or affiliate lead generation. We may suspend or close the account of any Referrer or Recipient who misuses the programme or breaches these Loyalty Terms.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

Your Points, Vouchers and Level cannot be sold, transferred or gifted between accounts. A member holding more than one account may contact us at info@whitefoxboutique.com with all relevant email addresses. We will assess whether accounts may be merged. We are not obliged to merge accounts and may decline to do so where we suspect the accounts were created to circumvent these Loyalty Terms.

ACCURACY OF RECORDS

Account records held in our systems are the authoritative record of your Points Balance, Vouchers, Level and Spend. We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of these records, however, system or administrative errors may occur. Where you identify a discrepancy, you may contact us at info@whitefoxboutique.com to have the matter investigated and, where appropriate, corrected. Points affected by an investigation may be unavailable for redemption until the matter is resolved.

COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING

By joining the Loyalty Club, you agree to receive Loyalty Club communications by email and, where a mobile number has been provided, SMS, including updates regarding your Points Balance, Level and rewards, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may opt out of promotional emails and SMS at any time via your account preferences, the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by replying STOP to a text message. Opting out does not affect your underlying membership, Points Balance or Level. 

ABUSE, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or close your Loyalty Club membership and/or White Fox account and revoke any Points, Vouchers, Level or other benefits where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Loyalty Terms or our Terms of Purchase or have engaged in fraud or abuse of the programme.

Closure of your account ends your Loyalty Club membership, Points Balance, Vouchers and Level, none of which may be reinstated. Any new account will commence at Club Member Level.

CHANGES TO THE LOYALTY CLUB

We may change, suspend, limit or discontinue the Loyalty Club, or amend these Loyalty Terms, at any time in our sole discretion by publishing updated terms on our Website. Continuing your membership after a change to these Loyalty Terms means you accept the updated Loyalty Terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide members with advance notice of material changes.

GENERAL

Nothing in these Loyalty Terms excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law. Except as varied in these Loyalty Terms, the general provisions of our Terms of Purchase apply equally to the Loyalty Club. These Loyalty Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
