Orders to the United Kingdom if received before 5 PM BST Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day*.

Orders to Europe if received before 12 PM BST Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day*.

Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times. Please note, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary. 

No signature is required to receive orders.

United Kingdom Customers – All prices include VAT.

European Union Customers – Customs fees are included in the final price at checkout. No additional fees are required upon entry.

Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above, please contact your local customs office or shipping courier.

Perfumes are available for delivery within UK (express or standard) and to Ireland via Fastway.
Please note: Maximum 3 perfumes per order.

We offer next day delivery to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. However please note that certain postcodes may require additional delivery time. If your address falls within one of the below postcodes, your delivery may take 1-2 extra business days.
