Steps to use a discount code at checkout.

1. Add items to your bag.

2. Continue to checkout.

3. Enter your email address & shipping information.

4. Choose a shipping method.

5. In the order summary enter your discount code in the discount code box then click "Apply."

6. Discount code is applied to your order.

(Please note that discount codes are not valid on collaboration items).

You can redeem points for products in the Loyalty Shop, and gift cards can be redeemed online once logged into your account.

White Fox Loyalty Club members earn 1 point per £1 spent. To earn points members must be logged in to their account. 

Regarding returning items & gift cards:

• Returning for a refund or credit note will deduct the points from your balance. 
  
• If using a gift card you will not gain points.

No, Loyalty Club members are unable to earn points on purchases made prior to joining the club on the 1st August 2023.

Points will automatically show in your rewards profile after your order has been placed.

Log in to your account to check your status level and points available.

No, all points accumulated on each store are separate, as these stores operate independently.

Rewards members will retain their level status for 12 months. After this, If no points have been earned in the year, they will drop down in levels.

No, your rewards do not expire.

Only products featured in White Fox Loyalty Club Rewards Shop are available for redemption. These can be viewed under the Loyalty Shop once you're logged into your account.

This happens on the app because the code is being entered in the discount code field in the cart, instead of the gift card field at checkout. To use your code successfully, please continue to the checkout page where you’ll find the gift card field.

Yes, any coupon earned via the Loyalty Club will expire after 30 days.
