^{If your Same Day Order is placed after 1:30 PM AEDT Monday - Friday, on a Sunday or NSW public holiday then your order will be delivered the following business day.}

^{If you have purchased Same Day Saturday delivery after our 10:00 AM AEDT cut off your order will be delivered the following Saturday.}

^{Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Australia Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers with Same Day Delivery. Customers must provide a business or residential address where somebody can accept the delivery from our courier.}

Perfumes are available for delivery within UK (express or standard) and to Ireland via Fastway.
Please note: Maximum 3 perfumes per order.

Perfumes cannot be shipped to other European countries or the UAE.

We offer next day delivery to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. However please note that certain postcodes may require additional delivery time. If your address falls within one of the below postcodes, your delivery may take 1-2 extra business days.

Orders to the United Kingdom if received before 5 PM BST Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day*.

Orders to Europe if received before 12 PM BST Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day*.

Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

No signature is required to receive orders.

United Kingdom Customers – All prices include VAT.

European Union Customers – Customs fees are included in the final price at checkout. No additional fees are required upon entry.
