Why was my account moved to the UK store?
We have upgraded your account to our new UK website because we noticed that you have previously placed orders with a UK, EU or UAE shipping address. As a valued customer, you’ll now enjoy faster deliveries, next-day options, faster returns, and an improved shopping experience.
Why do I need to reset my password?
You will need to reset your password to reactivate your new account. This added step ensures your account remains secure. - for security reasons we could not transfer your password to the new account.
What should I do if I can't access my account on the UK store?

Will my order history be visible in the UK store?

Will my saved addresses and payment methods transfer over?
As this is a new account, you will need to re-enter your saved addresses and payment methods.
Will my wishlist items be moved to the UK store?
You will need to re-add any wishlist items to the new UK store. Happy shopping!
What happens to my store credit from my old account?
Your store credit balance will be available to use on our new UK site. It has been converted as per current currency conversion rates into GBP £ for your convenience. Access this via your new account HERE. If you are having trouble locating your store credit balance please contact customer service at info@whitefoxboutique.com.
What happens to any gift cards I purchased on my old account?
Any gift cards you have purchased will be available for use on our new UK site. It has been converted as per current currency conversion rates into GBP £ for your convenience. You will receive an email with your new gift card details (code). If you are having trouble using your gift card please contact customer service at info@whitefoxboutique.com with the original gift card details.

Where will my order be shipped from ON the UK store?
All orders placed after the 17th of September will be dispatched from our brand-new warehouse located in Burton-On-Trent, United Kingdom.
If I place an order on the UK store, can I still have it delivered to an address outside the UK?
From our UK store we offer delivery to the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, Europe and the United Arab Emirates. For more information on shipping read HERE.
