Refunds & Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Refund or Store Credit. Please note the refund is back to your original payment method less return delivery costs. Your refund or store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount).

If you would like a refund or store credit, you must submit your return within 14 days of your order being received & we must receive your return back within 14 days once it has been lodged.

Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unsealed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.

Please note: We do not accept the return of any lingerie or earrings unless defective or faulty due to hygiene reasons.

We do not accept the return of Bubble and Foxy Friends.

Keychain packs must be returned in their original packaging.

Beauty products can be returned if their seal or packaging has not been opened, tampered with or broken. 

All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed (unless defective).

Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return the item to us for a store credit which you can use to place a new order.

Once your return is received, processing time can take up to 3 business days.

*Please allow extra processing time during high volume periods.

For UK Refunds, a £6 label fee will be deducted from your refund total. For Ireland Refunds, a £9 label fee will be deducted from your refund total.

We're sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item.

Please email info@whitefoxboutique.co.uk with your order number and 2-3 clear photos of the item, so we can solve this as soon as possible.

To Return your order please follow the below steps:
1. Submit a return via our returns page or through your White Fox account.
2. Make sure your order number and email address is filled in then click ‘Start Return’.
3. Select the item/s you are wanting to return then click ’next’.
4. Select your return reason from the drop down then click ‘next'.
5. Select refund or store credit.
6. You will then be provided with our returns address, and will need to cover the cost of the return.
7. Take your return to your closest shipping provider or postal office, and ensure your return has tracking.

You are welcome to place an order as a 'Guest' at checkout. If you have checked out as a 'Guest' and would like to return your item, click on 'SUBMIT A RETURN' at the top of this page using your order number and email address used for the order. Once we receive and process your return, your store credit or refund will be processed. If receiving a Store Credit you will need to 'Register' the account by clicking here.

If you are a UK customer using a prepaid return label from our returns portal, you can track your return by entering your tracking number via the link below:

Unfortunately, once you have submitted your return through our portal, we are unable to change the outcome.

Please note, when you submit your return, you agree to the following checkbox statement: "I have reviewed and confirmed the outcome and selections made on the return portal for my return request."

All returns are processed at our warehouse located in Lutterworth, United Kingdom.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process it within up to 3 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during sale periods. Once processed, store credit will then be added to your account or refund (if applicable) to the original payment method. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return. 

Unfortunately, returns can’t be processed through the app at this time. To submit a return, please visit our website here and click ‘Submit a Return.’ If you experience any issues, reach out to our Customer Support team at info@whitefoxboutique.co.uk.

If you believe that a product is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us as soon as possible (but no later than 30 days after the day following delivery) at info@whitefoxboutique.co.uk and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you believe is present. If we agree that the Product is faulty or misdescribed, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item for a refund, store credit or direct replacement.

Please note that White Fox Boutique does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash or wear and tear.

You can return beauty products if their seal or packaging has not been opened, tampered with or broken. 

Return shipping is at your own cost. Items must be received back within 14 days of your withdrawal being lodged. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). Where items are returned showing signs of wear, washing, missing original tags, or otherwise not in original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any reduction in value. In cases where the item(s) cannot be resold, this deduction may reduce your refund to zero.
