NOTICE: Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 restrictions and staff having to isolate, we are experiencing significant delays with the return processing time. Our White Fox team are working super hard to try and process all returns as quickly as possible!

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow longer than normal for it to be processed. Thank you for your patience and understanding 💕

CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD: We have extended our returns policy for orders placed between 4th-23rd Dec. If you wish to return an order which is over the 14 days returns period, you can do so for up to 30 days from the purchase date for a Store Credit.🎄​

Returns Policy 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Refund or Store Credit. Please note the refund is back to your original payment method less return delivery costs. Your refund or store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount).

If you would like a refund or store credit, you must submit your return within 14 days of your order being received & we must receive your return back within 14 days once it has been lodged.

What items are eligible for return?

Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unsealed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.

Please note: We do not accept the return of any lingerie or earrings unless defective or faulty due to hygiene reasons.

All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed (unless defective).

Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

Refunds vs Store Credits

Not sure whether to choose a Refund or a Store Credit? All Store Credits are valid for 12 months & you do not get charged a pre-paid label fee for the return.

For UK Refunds you will be charged a label fee of £6 which will come off your refund total.
For Ireland Refunds you will be charged a label fee of £9 which will come off your refund total.

How long do I have to return an item?

If you would like a refund or store credit, you must submit your return within 14 days of your order being received & we must receive your return back within 14 days once it has been lodged.

How do I submit my return?

To Return your order please follow the below steps:

1. Submit a return via our returns page or through your White Fox account.
2. Make sure your order number and email address is filled in then click ‘Start Return’
3. Select the item/s you are wanting to return then click ’next’
4. Select your return reason from the drop down then click ‘next’

5. Select refund or store credit, please note for store credit returns, you do not get charged label fees.
6. Download your QR code or barcode from the returns portal, take this to your closest Royal Mail Post Office and they will print off a return label for you and attach it your parcel to send back to us.
 
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

What to do with your return QR code or barcode?


Please take your return QR code or barcode from the returns portal to your closest Royal Mail Post Office. They will print off a return label for you and attach it your parcel to send back to us.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return the item to us for a store credit which you can use to place a new order.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return is received, processing time can take up to 3 business days.

*Please allow extra processing time during high volume periods.

Where will my return be processed?

All returns are processed at our warehouse located in Burton-On-Trent, United Kingdom.

When will I receive my store credit or refund? 

Once we receive your return to our warehouse. We will then process your return, processing times can take up to 3 business days. Store credit will then be added to your account or Refund (if applicable) to the original payment menthod. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.

What do I do if I have received a faulty Product?

If you believe that a Product is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us as soon as possible (but no later than 30 days after the day following delivery) at info@whitefoxboutique.co.uk and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you believe is present. If we agree that the Product is faulty or misdescribed, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item for a refund, store credit or direct replacement.

Please note that White Fox Boutique does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash or wear and tear.

Guest Checkout And Returns

You are welcome to place an order as a 'Guest' at checkout. If you have checked out as a 'Guest' and would like to return your item, click on 'SUBMIT A RETURN' at the top of this page using your order number and email address used for the order. Once we receive and process your return, your store credit or refund will be processed. If receiving a Store Credit you will need to 'Register' the account by clicking here.

Can I change my return outcome?

Unfortunately we are unable to change your return outcome once you have submitted your return via our portal. Please note, when you submit your return, you agree to the following checkbox statement: "I have reviewed and confirmed the outcome and selections made on the return portal for my return request."
