Shipped By Delivery Time Price

NOTICE: Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 restrictions and staff having to isolate, we are experiencing significant delays with the processing and dispatch time of orders. When will my order be shipped?

Orders to the United Kingdom if received before 4pm GMT Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day*.

Orders to Europe if received before 11 AM GMT Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day*.

Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

Are there any exceptions to Next Day Delivery?

We offer next day delivery to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. However please note that certain postcodes may require additional delivery time. If your address falls within one of the below postcodes, your delivery may take 1-2 extra business days.

What if my country is not listed at checkout?

If your country is not listed please visit our AU website HERE or US website HERE. If you are still having trouble please email info@whitefoxboutique.com for a shipping quote.

Custom Charges & Holds

United Kingdom Customers – All prices include VAT.

European Union Customers – Customs fees are included in the final price at checkout. No additional fees are required upon entry.

Please refer to shipping information for other countries to determine if customs charges will apply to your order.

Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above, please contact your local customs office or shipping courier.

Does my order require a signature on delivery?
